Need help seeing how Mondrak tokens are generated with Saw in Half and Ratadrabik.

Goldfishing a new Ratadrabik deck and ran into a confusing interaction with Mondrak.

Most of the confusion is whether or not there is going to be non-legendary Mondrak created, and if it hits the battlefield before or after the 2 legendary versions from Saw in Half comes in.

Would the adventure side of this card see other adventure/omen cards milled?

Making an adventure deck and thinking of putting this card into the deck, would I be able to use it's adventure side on another adventure or omen card that it milled?
