Why do we need a account now 😭

I mean does it really do anything?? Obviously I know for state officer/national officers it's for formality and stuff but I was wondering if there was a point for the rest of us lol.

My chapter is starting to plan out a basic idea of what we are going to do at nats. Or is there other stuff people are doing?

Does anyone know or have an tier list of typical values for nlc in trading? Going to be at nlc for the first time and I really want to maximize the amount of pins I'm able to get/trade around.
