We're looking at remodeling our second floor to make it more functional, as we have an enormous primary bedroom that is mostly empty floor space. Priorities are as follows:

• Additional kid bath
• Enclosed w/c and nice shower in primary bath (tub in primary is preferable but not a must)
• Window in primary bath
• Additional laundry space (ideally accessed from the hall but could be in the primary bedroom - main laundry room will remain on first floor)

First pic is the current floorplan, second is a remodel option I've been working on that's better but not perfect. Dimensions are close but rounded/a bit off in some cases. Appreciate any ideas you can offer!
