Any mattresses have dips for hips and shoulders?

I am a side sleeper. I am a female weighing between 120 and 125 on any given day. I am in my forties and have had several work injuries that definitely exasperated my neck and lower back/ hip pain. I am only able to sleep on my side. I cannot sleep in planes or cars or in situations where laying on my side is not practical. I am jealous of anyone who regularly naps in zero gravity chairs.

I am waking up now multiple times a night due to pain, mostly in my shoulders and sometimes in my hips. I have the Costco Nector adjustable bed and mattress. The adjustable features on the frame stopped working a while ago. The bed was immediately way too hard for me. I bought a high quality topper that was several inches thick but it didnt make it better and made it hard to adjust my body in the night. I no longer use that. I need my shoulder to sink down 3-4 inches lower than my rib cage and it would be nice if my hip could do the same. Also where would my arm go? I have rarely found a mattress that is soft enough. I think back to my grandparents water bed and an old mattress I had growing up (40+ years old at that time) that were super soft, but almost everything else feels so hard. I am not a picky sleeper, I camp and backpack, but to me sleeping in a bed feels almost the same as the ground.

Last night I woke up ready to just chisel away a hole in my mattress for my shoulder but of course I did not.

Are there any modern alternatives? I am so frustrated and in so much pain that I will do a lot to fix this problem. Thanks for any advice.
