My wife grew up with goldens, I grew up dogless. This is our first pet for the family. Wife has always wanted a family golden so we waited for the kids to get a little older, and we finally brought Izzy home!

9 weeks old. I am the one who has never had a dog and really not the largest fan of dogs but she has been my shadow since bringing her home. I think I am officially hooked.

Haha I don't know exactly what I am doing but she has been great about going potty outside. Taking her outside after every nap in the crate and right after she eats. She loves her little doggy bed and I always feel bad moving her from the bed into the crate, but I know routine is everything.
