Hey guys I am trying to remember the name of this movie - it’s a non English movie, the movie starts off with a mob attacking a police station..the mob leader is a young guy with long hair tied as pony. His brother works as a cop in that police station. They also have a third brother I believe. The mob and his family lives in an area controlled by them and as retaliation the police attacks this area. The cop brother tries to talk to the mob brother to surrender and avoid more death. The first 20 mins of this movie is mindblown cinematography ( the police station attack), does anyone recollect seeing this?
