I try so hard to clean, but my house never feels fully clean

I’m looking for advice or tips on how to clean my home more effectively.
I spend a lot of time cleaning on weekends and really try to do a thorough job, but I always seem to miss spots. My kitchen, for example, often still feels a little greasy even after I clean it with the proper products.
My partner keeps telling me I might have an easier time if I cleaned bit by bit during the week instead of trying to do everything over the weekend.
Does anyone have a realistic weekly cleaning schedule that actually feels manageable? Or any tips for staying on top of things without getting overwhelmed?
(Also, this may be relevant: I’m currently being assessed for ADHD, so organization and task management can sometimes be a challenge.)
