Can you ask your team to remove the "recap" requirement?

Every time a customer service rep does a "recap" and says the same thing he or she just said before, it feels dumb. This is a tradition that should be removed from all customer service call centers in the USA. Something is very wrong here.

Monaco citizenship

How many of you actually acquired Monegasque citizenship after ten years of residency? Some people say it's not possible to acquire Monegasque citizenship even after ten years.

All customer service reps should stop doing a "recep" at the end of calls

Honestly, it's so annoying. During 2020, several customer service reps started doing a recap of a phone call at the end. What does that even mean? they repeat the same thing they just said. It feels dumb every time I hear a recap at the end of a call.
