How can keep going on i feel gaseous,Can you give me motivation.I want to go 1 week and i am working professional and i want to do 10 k steps every day,Motivation please.

My highest is 2 & 1/2 days gonna break that first and then try for 3 days if all goes good then for 4 days.Can i have 2-3 black coffees per day is it okay.
