Admin forgot to mention an off-site training until the day before. I've been asking for a schedule and location for weeks.
I am so tired of being an afterthought to admin. Communication at our school is efficient and professional, unless you're a para. Meetings and training are scheduled weeks in advance, unless you're a para.
Everything is disorganized, last minute, and when I bring questions regarding scheduling and end of year training I'm treated like a burden to the admin team.
"We can't run this school without you!" Absolute malarkey.
I'd jump through less hoops if I was in the circus.
The biggest issue is, I work 3 jobs! I schedule everything months in advance. I'm going to be late to job number 2 because when I scheduled I thought I would be at my home school. I'll be 20 minutes late to my second job with only a day's notice for them.
