Today is 13 years since I filed my original claim with the VA, still fighting.
So, 13 years ago I filed my original case with the VA utilizing a County VSO. I have gone through so many C&P exams, back and forth with different reviews, met with a judge for one claim. Sent mistakes to the BVA and even they failed to read everything and address all the issues. Now, my case sits with the CAVC. Yup, the CAVC. It is sad that we all have to go through all of this, but please, never give up. Hopefully in a couple of months, someone at the VA will actually take the time and do their job correctly.
