Hey I've decided I'm going to try mx Linux, looking for more stable system over arch and fedora, but I'm wondering how does the distro handle hybrid Nvidia graphics specifically for a Dell precision 7760 with an a3000 RTX card. Anything I should pay attention too during or post installation? FYI I plan on using kde. Thanks in advance
So I've been distro hopping a while on my desktop trying to decide on one for my Dell precision 7760 and landed on cachy. That being said the Dell is running hybrid graphics with integrated Intel graphics and a Nvidia RTX A3000 card. I'm just wondering if there is anything I need to pay particular things during install. Hey I just picked up a dell 7760 laptop with a NVIDIA A3000 which using hybrid graphics with the intel chip 11th gen i7. I need help picking a everyday distro for general everyday things with some lite gaming on the side like civ vi, sims, simulator games. I have tried some mostly been bouncing the arch world between vanilla arch, installing via archinstall, endeavour, and cachy. I've also used opensuse tumbleweed, and some fedora. A requirement I have is that I'd like a distro that hasn't or will not adopt age verification. I don't mind some setup and tinkering but sometimes I worry about breaking something and not being able to reverse or fix it easily. Thanks in advanced.
