Lowkey took me hours to do

In total it’s: Lethal+, no damage, no spirit, no charms, no quick fire, a non effective weapon (I chose the yari cuz it looked cool), and no useful armor perks

Takezo is my second to last boss to do this on, with Saito being the finale
