I have no idea what is going on, but whenever I try to download even a single story it comes in multiple tracks of 2 to 3 minutes each and so obviously I can’t listen to the story clearly and I don’t know how to fix it. BF hasn’t given me any helpful information yet on how to fix it. Can somebody please let me know if I’m the only one this is happening too or if there’s a way to fix this. Thanks for your time.
