Giving up

Thats it- I have to let it go. Thanks for everyone following me along my journey. They wouldnt even agree to balanced settlement agreement which includes no money and just to simply sign off they read a letter I wrote. I just dont think mentally I can go through years of litigation and be called a "slut" and that I wanted it. Its so awful. A year of work, plenty of evidence witness statements and a right to sue letter but I just am done. Thanks for all the help along the way.

408 settlement

Has anyone ever received an email with a question and it states "Rule 408 Confidential Settlement Communication

I've researched a little but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with receiving that?

Letter on a human level

Has anyone ever written just a letter to the company about how this affected your life? I just want to be heard. They clearly don't want to settle deadline is tomorrow to file and I do have a right to sue letter. But I feel completely broken. I am not a real person to them and I almost lost my life over the pain and PTSD. I am lost I don't know what to do.

More updates...

Feeling so deflated so I had a ton of evidence and witnesses that show my previous employer lied in their position statement in my rebuttal but my lawyer informed me he was only doing pro bono for the hopefully mediation process. He said he has only ever seen the EEOC issue a right to sue letter never that they should mediate

Eeoc did push for early mediation but my employer refused.

My lawyer says it's very unlikely they will mediate now since they refused before but I thought maybe they would once they see my evidence.

I am not sure if I can find a pro bono lawyer if I need to file a case.

Thoughts? Always looking for past experiences and any law expert input.

This is a sexual harassment case against my supervisor and refused a promotion I was promised

Eeoc update

So I finally after eight months received the employers position statement they essentially denied denied and stated I wanted the attention over and over (it's a power imbalance sexual harassment case) is this usually true to just repeat the same defense for every claim and would they present their evidence to support it at this stage?
