Nordic Ware Coating Safety Question

Hi, everyone. My girlfriend and I have a conure, and we already keep all PFAS/PTFE/PFOA cookware out of the house and the only non-stick coatings we use are ceramic. I noticed that Nordic Ware has gone PFAS-free, but when I emailed them to inquire about their new nonstick coatings, they said they were silicone-based nonstick coatings and PFAS free. I know that rubbery, silicone bakeware can be bad for parrots when heated, but do we know anything about those silicone-based coatings on metal bakeware?

Thanks for any knowledge anyone can provide! I love some of their bakeware that happens to have the new nonstick, but nothing is worth risking our bird's life, so I've been trying to look into this.
