Started a Office Chair business.
I started a small office chair business recently and I’m looking for honest advice from people who’ve actually grown product-based businesses.
We work with local manufacturers who can fully customize office chairs, but after testing options we decided to standardize the chair models themselves to keep things simpler operationally. Customers can choose fabric/colors, but the chair designs stay fixed.
Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to get those first real orders and build trust as a completely new brand in a competitive market.
