I just opened my private practice and am looking for feedback on my late cancellation/ no show policy:

Fee is $100

Fee is charged if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment with no exceptions

Fee is waived if able to reschedule for later in the week

One freebie a year where fee is waived

If I have to late cancel for some reason, the client on that day can "bank" a freebie to use to late cancel if needed

Thoughts on this are appreciated!!
