She’s backkkkkkk

Last night I was at my friends house watching a movie with them and some of my other friends and it came back!!! I’m not even joking I went to the bathroom, was scrolling a bit on this subreddit (don’t judge me), I look away from my phone and there’s blood! Honestly I thought it would take longer to recover my period, but I’m so happy it’s back!!! Recovery is so possible❤️🥹

Playing catch up in the evenings

I keep having the same problem, I eat breakfast, go to school, have a snack, lunch, another snack. Then when it comes to dinner I realise I’ve barely eaten 800-1000 calories. How do I manage eating when I’m not home? The school food isn’t good at all, basically inedible. And I feel like I have snacks, but at the end of the day it always ends up with me having some weird eating marathon to make sure I eat enough calories, idk what to do.

How do I get my period back/how much food do I need?

I’m 16, 172cm and around >!50!< kg, I haven’t had a period for around 13 months. (Last one was in April of 2025) I lost my period due to undereating and excessive weight loss. I went from around >!55!< to >!43!< in the spann of 4 months, then went up to >!45!< for about 2 months, then up to my current weight which I have stayed at by (probably) still under eating. I do not currently have a period. I do around 10k steps a day 6 days of the week and rest one (5k steps), I cannot do less because of my way to school (need to walk). Is 2500 still applicable to me? Should I eat less? More? I have no idea.
