I don’t know if I’m very unlucky, but I started five completely new games, going through the la Fonda route and changing approach to get maximum socialist support, (I’m trying to do the hardest federalist game possible), yet each time, on five separate games it goes to Harlan siege, is this hardcoded? Because I even tried with different paths and never got the commune. It’s getting extremely annoying.
