Father made a new will with his girlfriend - advice needed

Hi guys! I’m 20 years old and my dad is wanting me to “sign off” on his new will as an executor? My parents got divorced in 2022 and my dad has been dating his girlfriend for around four years. They have recently written a will together, as she is now on the mortgage of his house. I obviously don’t understand much about legal things but want to know whether I should be concerned about this.

He says that if one of them passes, their children (my dad has me and my sister and she has an older son from a previous marriage) will get a payout/portion of the life insurance straight away and will get the rest when the other one passes away. I am confused about what is stopping my dad‘s girlfriend from writing me and my sister out of the will and leaving everything to her son if my dad was to die first. I’ve asked him if this was possible and he said that it would be a long process but technically isn’t impossible. He essentially made it sound like the only thing stopping that from happening is that they trust each other.

While it is awful to talk about, I don’t know if I should be worried about this / what questions to ask to ensure this doesn’t happen later. I would like to believe that it would all be okay but I have heard horror stories and know people act differently when money is involved

How can I warn others (anonymously) not to work at my old job as a young girl

I am a young girl and worked at a local business in my area for around three years (began when I was underage and worked until after my 20th bday). During my time here the boss (in his 40s or 50s) made severely crude and explicit “jokes” at my expense. These included things such as asking me to have threesomes with him, asking me to go with him on delivery runs to give him “road head”, telling others that he would sleep with me if I wanted him because he liked my glasses, etc.

These comments were always played off as jokes by him and everyone else around me, so by the time I realised that this wasn’t okay and quit it had been happening to me and all the other girls that work there for ages. He always told me that he only hires young girls and I have seen him rip up the resumes of boys.

I have tried reporting him to a few different organisations but nothing has changed (my friend still works there and continues to experience this treatment). I want to find a way to attempt to stop other parents from sending their kids to work here but have no idea how to go about it. I have (probably wrongly) attempted to write a Google review saying that I have overheard these comments as a customer (he always used to make these comments in front of people and just laugh and most would ignore it), but Google won’t let me post anything because my account is new and I am not a regular reviewer. Any advice? I am so angry and frustrated that this happens so regularly at so many places and there is nothing you can do about it.

Google review screening

Hi guys, I’m trying to write a Google review about witnessing a case of sexual harassment at my local bakery. The harassment was from the boss towards one of his young female employees. He was making jokes to her about wanting her to engage in threesomes with him / go in his truck and run deliveries with him while pleasing him, etc. That was all I heard before she came out to serve me looking uncomfortable. I think my review is quite tame but it keeps being screened / not posted. I’m seeking advice on how to work the review as to not be flagged or restricted.

The review currently reads:

“I am disgusted by the behavior I witnessed here last week. I overheard the owner in the back making deeply inappropriate, explicit jokes at the expense of a young female employee, making her visibly uncomfortable when she came out to serve me.

Hearing a business owner disrespect young staff in this way is disgraceful. Have some respect for your workers mate. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.”
