I posted here yesterday about another wound after getting an anal gland washed out at the vet for the second time. I think the “second wound” was discharge. Because now it’s gone…. It’s the strangest thing…… The little sac, where the wound looked like it was yesterday, is now totally fine. Is that his scrotum? He is neutered but I read they can still have their scrotum. He’s eating, jumping up on the bathroom counter insisting to be brushed (very normal behavior).

8 days ago I was brushing my cat and noticed an area of swelling roughly the size of a grape next to hit butt. After doing some research, I brought him in assuming the was an anal gland issue. They popped it, “chunky/brown stuff” came out, they washed it out and sent us home thinking that was it and it’d heal up on its own. I’ve kept an eye on it and it was scabbed over yesterday with a clump of hair stuck to it. I pulled the hair off and it immediately bursted out yellow, yucky fluid. I brought him back to the vet today and they barely put pressure on it and green liquid came out. They brought him back to wash it out again and I literally had to go outside because I could hear him yelling. UGH!!! They say okay we washed it out and keep an eye on it. We get home and this is it….. I text the vet saying hi what’s this other wound? And they say they didn’t see it during the visit… but it could be congealed discharge. They suggested I bring him into ER overnight if things get worse. PLS HELP!!!! My poor bunny :,(
