Anyone recognize this theif?

Need help identifying the guy who stole our RV camper from our lot. We caught up to him and even got clear pictures, but unfortunately Metro didn’t seem interested in doing much about it. If anyone in the Vegas area recognizes him or the woman he’s with, please message me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
