Who here is working battling these issues with fistulas? It’s so hard :( and I have bills is there someone out there with me?

Who here is living with a seton? Anybody able to work/work out? Weights/run?
Also how soon were you able to work and exercise after seton placement?

Does anyone have a deep BH, like when you spread your cheeks you have a cave and have to spread the cave to see the hole? Like a double cheek system? Idk what to call it. Maybe like a belly button in and outie. Because when I spread my cheeks by butthole is in deep. I gotta spread and spread the cave to see anything? Sorry if too much info
