Can anything be done to clear up this photo of my civil war 3rd Great-grandfather?
This is an old tintype photo of my 3rd great-grandfather, John Rowe who was in the Civil War at about age 43. He and family migrated from Maryland to Ohio in 1830, died in 1879 and is buried in Hocking Co., Ohio. Thanks for any help! 🙂
