I caught a nidoran male from a raid and grinded it to level 23 and I realized it hasn’t evolved yet it wasn’t holding an eviolite or everstone but I had given it a muscle band. the SECOND I got rid of its muscle band it evolved, I think for raid Pokemon any item acts as an everstone so just remember this next time you get a raid Pokemon.
