Well I have worked for 2 different school districts each lasting 6 months. But before that I was a custodian at a large library in a big city for 2 years. I really like custodial work. But I find the schools to be extremely toxic with their management style. I really enjoy the work. I want to apply to this 3rd district that has a very good reputation when the other schools didn’t. Do you think I should apply especially because I have so much experience?
