This is a relatively new thing i've been seeing all over on social media nowadays. "Anyone born after 2000 is a baby" "Bro you're born in 2011? you're a fetus" etc. I'm autistic maybe that's why i can't tell what the joke is? I personally can't tell see anything other than meaningless superiority complex

I switched to linux mint xfce from windows 10 ltsc for performance on my crappy pc but didn't see any changes and i just had compatibility issues in the few video games i played lol
