1. this is reflective of results from my VS battles. It is not inherently reflective of my views. I disagree with a decent number of placements actually.

2. feel free to question certain placements. This is not an exact science and I want it to reflect general opinion. I will try to explain placements as best as I can. Sufficiently agreed upon arguments for characters to scale higher/lower will be taken into account when allocating placements on future versions.
