Bigquery provides access control through IAM, but it is perceived to create governance issues in multiple cloud environment. Is it true or not? Is it really a centralised process or creates friction because of ut being working on GCP and creating multiple cloud issues??

I want to understand does bigquery provide Faster AI & Analytics Delivery or is it databricks that is providing such capabilities. All i know is it provides unified experience but not sure about how fast it has AI and analytics delivery
