Suffering from SIBO/IBS D symptoms since Oct 2025, temporarily gets better with rifaximin treatment then back to square one after a month, did colonoscopy, endoscopy, CT scan , upper abdomen ultrasound all normal, final did a GI mapping test, stools are normal now but get minor cramps and can’t do weight training which cause pain in gut area. Lost around 5 kgs in 6 months, gain temporarily but with flare lose again. Anyone can suggest course of action based on the GI mapping results
