Has anyone worked with or heard of Meracle One or HS Holdings (Korea/Dubai)?

Hi everyone,

I'm doing some due diligence on two companies:

• Meracle One – https://meracleone.com/

• HS Holdings – http://www.hsholdings.kr/

They appear to have operations connected to Korea and Dubai.

Has anyone worked with either company or know anything about them? I'm looking for information on their reputation, legitimacy, employee experiences, or any business dealings.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is this a real SWIFT transfer screenshot?

My Korean boss hasn't paid us for over a month. He told us he didn't have enough funds in Korea, so he flew to Jakarta, Indonesia to get money from his company there and then transfer it to his Hana Bank account in Korea. He sent this screenshot as proof that the transfer was made.

The reason I think it might be AI-generated or fake is because he's been delaying our salary for over a month and only sent this image after we kept asking for payment. I don't have technical evidence that it's AI—that's why I'm posting here.

Does this look like a genuine SWIFT transfer screen, or are there any signs that it's AI-generated, edited, or otherwise fake?

Filipino applying to Yonsei KLP - Can I switch from a tourist visa to a student while in Korea?

Hi everyone,

I’m from the Philippines and I’m currently preparing my requirements for the Yonsei University Korean Language Program (KLP). My TOR and diploma are still being processed for apostille, so I haven’t completed all of my documents yet.

I have a sponsor in Korea who is willing to cover my entire Yonsei KLP program (all 4 terms). Because of the processing time, he suggested that I enter Korea by the end of June on a tourist visa and then visit Yonsei University in person to discuss my application directly.

My main question is:

Is it possible to change from a tourist visa to a student visa while already in South Korea, especially as a Philippine passport holder?

I’ve heard that immigration rules can be stricter depending on nationality, so I’m not sure if this is allowed or if I would be required to return to the
Philippines and apply for the student visa from there.

Has anyone here (particularly Filipinos) successfully
switched from a tourist visa to a D-4 student visa while in Korea? Or did you have to leave Korea and apply through the Korean Embassy in the Philippines?
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as a developer in the Philippines and recently signed a contract with a company in Korea that’s willing to sponsor my E-7 visa.

Right now, I’m planning to resign from my current job once I receive some form of confirmation that my visa is actually being processed (like a visa issuance number). However, the company mentioned there’s a delay because their business address still needs to be registered (expected around April 29), and only after that will they start the E-7 visa process.

They’ve already collected my documents (passport copy, diploma, etc.), so I think things are moving—but I’m still a bit cautious.

My question is: what kind of proof or assurance should I reasonably ask from the company before resigning? Is the visa issuance number the right thing to wait for, or are there other documents or steps I should look out for to confirm the process is legit and ongoing?

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who’s gone through the E-7 visa process or something similar. Thanks!
