hi all. i am a female in my 50s. i was just diagnosed almost 3 weeks ago with a 3 mm stone. i was told it would pass within 3 days and given 4 flomax and a goodbye. i am sitting here and have not passed it yet. done all the tricks i have read. jumping, drinking water, massage gun. the works. my ? is this: i have these dull cramps. like gas , period pain. Is that common? Thanks all.
