What exactly is this, and now do I flush it safely?
So for context, it's an oil boiler that attaches to this water heater. I don't see any electrical or oil going to the heater (yes there is a small wire that connects to the boiler). There are four pipes coming out of the top labeled, Cold, Hot, Boiler out and Boiler in.

Can someone make heads or tails of this, I really want to flush the tank safely.
