Spouse visa for France/american
Hello,
Im french and my husband is american. We got married in France at the end of october. His visa did not let him get a résidence permit, so he went back to the US to ask for a spouse visa. He had an appointment with TLS contact Los Angeles on april 27th, went there and gave them the paperwork. The lady told him that the mariage certificate was too old (we used the one made on our wedding day). Everything else was fine. She told him he could just upload a new marriage certificate through a link they sent by email, but when we tried, 8 days later, the link didnt work, and his visa application tracking says that his application was transferred to the consulate, then in process, and now that his passport is returning from consulate... its been like that for several days.
Im quite worried because we didnt get the occasion to upload the right document, and she didnt say this would happen. Have anyone been through that before ?
