Is there a trick to get new MC batches and skip the old ones or is it just luck?

I’ve seen a lot of people post their stuff and it looks great but the quality of the ones i’ve had till now is bad to be honest.

Was wondering if i can find Girl Scout Cookies in other clinics/pharmacies?
