Morning glory nightmare

Morning glory nightmare

Last year we had a few morning glory vines pop up but they died with the first frost and I forgot about them. This year I tilled an unused section of the garden to plant some wild flower seeds and instead of the wildflowers in the seeds, thousands of morning glory seedlings have appeared.

These are invasive and both spread and grow very quickly so this presents a real problem, especially since my goal was diverse wild flowers.

How can I handle this situation without sacrificing all my wildflower seed I've already spread? Is manual pulling the only solution? I've already spent about 2 hours pulling these things and have hardly made a dent. I'm worried I'll need to use herbicides or something

I have a 8x4 bed I was going to plant some sweet 100 cherry tomatoes and banana peppers in but the nursery sold the plants in 6 packs and I'm not one to waste so now I've shoved 6 tomatos 6 peppers and 6 marigolds in this planter.

I don't mind if this lowers my yeild a little as I'm sure this will produce more than I'm going to eat but will they still grow okay? Or should I thin them out?
