Hi, has anyone experience na hinayaan na lang yung pagibig housing ma foreclosed? anong nangyare and anong impact nya in the following years?

for context: I have an existing housing loan under pag ibig. house is still raw. Never naayos and never natirhan. may water and electricity connection pero i think na harvest na din, if you know what i mean. I'm planning to give it up na. payment is up to date till now but I'm planning to stop na and just let it go to foreclosure. I just want to know ano magiging impact nya and implications in the future.
