Sent money has already asked for extra once i sent it now apparently a $600 insurance shipping fee from the shipper themselves? This doesnt seem right. Has anyone shopped w them?

Has anyone shopped with them continuously asking for more money. Now asking for $600 insurance fee?? Am I getting scammed ?
