If i have just 2nd and 3rd author publications should I make a separate entry for them or should they be included in my research slot in AMCAS?

Also, how do I cite this for either separate entry or with the research entry?

Working on writing out my activities/work experience and I am wondering if/when to include a hobby (cooking)?
