To get this achievement for ONE season, you have to :

- Have a big hero pool

- Be good with those heroes and do well in matches

- Play an ungodly amount of games(probably in the one to two thousand range, maybe even more) in a single season

- Play flex role (that means mostly roam or exp, but sometimes you'll get other roles)

- Not have a life for 3 months

As someone who plays flex role, the highest I've gotten is lv. 5 and I usually play 100-200 matches in a season. The sheer amount of matches you have to play to get to lv. 9 is diabolical.
