Looking to replace my mattress and would appreciate advice to optimise my overall sleep setup.

I’m in the UK if that makes a difference. Also, specific recommendations rather than just ‘memory foam’ or whatever would be especially helpful please.

Sleeping position:

Either on my right side because I find it helps my digestion, but it causes shoulder and hip subluxes;

Or on my front, but it gives me neck and jaw pain.

Feel like I can’t win atm. 😔
