Trying to book tickets on Korail from Seoul to Busan for June 19th but I can’t seem to get the site to work.

1. I’m not able to select any times I want
2. If I do select a time, I keep getting this error message.

Is it too soon to book since it is May 18th over here in US? What time do tickets get released? I will keep trying though. Thanks.
