do we have to tell staff when we are using UPT?

I am going to start leaving whenever I get stow and using my UPT. I want to know if I have to tell the PA Or Manager that I am leaving like giving a heads up. I don't want to. I cannot ask them because I don't trust their answers.

Thank you

thinking of filing a complaint with the EEOC

I have been at this delivery station for a little bit now and I'm not being rotated. Haven;t been trained really. I was put out to stow my first day there. I am in New Jersey;. I either get a stow job or I load. They will not rotate me out of these positions despite promising to do so. I stow less lately and have been doing loading day after day now. My schedule is Monday-Thursday. I loaded 3 days out of the 4.

I told them I am tired of this and policy isn't being followed and people are getting easier jobs. I am probably the biggest dude as far as physique at my job at about 6 foot 235 pounds (bodybuilder and powerlifter), so they just think I can load fast and keep putting me there.

I am about to ask HR for my records, notes, and rotation assignments, Certain people I notice are getting easier jobs. Granted, I may not know their accommodations but I strongly believe many don't. I say this because I am seeing a pattern of smaller people and women given easier roles while men like me are getting brutal long physical tasks.

They claim that there is a new rotational tool but hide under "business needs." I've walked out on several shits but this isn't working all of the time. NExt step is HR complaint, VOA, ethics hotline, and EEOC
