Not done with the cut yet but getting close. Haven’t been this lean since my forties. Thanks to Tirzeppy (a miracle med) and Tadalafil for the great pumps! Looking forward to starting a slow, lean bulk.

First post. M(67) 6’1” 189 lbs. Down 42 lbs. Proud of the accomplishment so far. Not bad for an old dude?

Started an aggressive cut in June with the help of Tirzeppy. Down 42 lbs while increasing lifts in the gym. Still more to do, but making progress.
