I am currently in the process of moving out of my rental. Have organised bond cleaning , pest spray , carpet cleaning etc
During all of this we have been living out of the property , and while we have had the different trades in , our neighbours who keep claiming to be friends with our landlord , have accessed our property whenever someone is there and bad mouthed us as tenants , and saying how gross for not cleaning (literally moved our stuff out Monday and done a basic clean prior to the bond cleaners)
They have taken photos or attempted to take photos of our place for their. “Future renovation”
What would you do , as we don’t think the landlord would have asked them to enter our property. But would it be a breach of the agreement as they were claiming to be his friend.
The neighbours are also very old if that counts for something
