When Delhi chose a comparatively inexperienced, all Indian support staff everyone had their reservations, including me. But I was actually very excited to see if going with indian coaches could help us find an unknown gem that could turn into a big asset over the upcoming seasons. But this management has failed to find any such players. Even local Delhi lads like Prince Yadav are being picked by other teams. Yes we did find a good utility player in the form of vipraj but he isn't being backed/given a consistent run this season. He is essentially being wasted. Porel was retained by us ahead of the mega auction but for some unknown reason(s) he's not being given any chances at all. The management preferred Sahil, a guy who is playing his first season, over porel, somebody who was considered worthy of a retention just 2 seasons ago. No explanation can be given for a lot of the decisions that are being made. I hope we don't have to endure this for another season
