I've been thinking about this scenario recently. We know if it was any other than Baiheng who died, he would still try to revive them. Maybe if it wasn't Baiheng, Jingliu would be a little more saner. I've come across many what ifs that involve other than baiheng dying and how that would play out but I've never seen people discuss what if it was Dan Feng who like actually died(not even rebirth).

Would the rest just grieve and move on? without Dan Feng, would anyone even attempt to bring him back(could anyone of them even have such ability)? I suddenly want to read a fic exploring this alternate scenario...
