Had a routine pap last week, got my results today:

General Categorization (Abnormal)

Epithelial cell abnormality

Interpretation (Abnormal)

Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance

HPV HR non 16/18 DNA (Abnormal)

Detected

This is my first abnormal pap. All previous have been normal. I’m a 30 year old female. No other gynecological issues.

So my pap showed ASCUS and HPV +. My Dr scheduled a colposcopy for Wednesday with potential biopsy.

Has anyone had any similar results? Outcomes?

My anxiety is getting the best of me for sure!
