So one of my friends got shortlisted for the interview,

She got a mail by helpdesk-exam@igrua.gov.in saying she was short listed and there were 25 rules in that mail

The rule no. 25 had a link which redirected to a page for logging in into IGRUA but it kept showing "wrong credentials" despite putting in all the details right.

Is this like a common trend or something that is messed up??
